Loony Boons

A mad sorcerer amasses an army of possessed balloons, threatening to blow a hole in the firmament of Earth. Stop the balloons before they reach and take down the evil sorcerer, oh fearless warrior!!!


Loony Boons is a pet project that strives to be a short  tactical "Peggle-Like" balloon popper. 

• 2023 Q2
  • Remove set health points for boons and implement different boon types and boon armor to accentuate "cerebral" gameplay elements over arcade-y or generic DPS min/max elements (although we a little bit of that too!)
  • New DROP types to add strategic variety, i.e. "heavy" for breaking down armor, "piercing", "rare" DROPS that are devastating but limited in quantity.
  • Boons sometimes contain collectible items, gear, etc.
  • Phase into level creation.

  Given time and interest...will prototype  "Human Drops" concept where the drops are not objects but people that make up your squad and have different strengths and weaknesses; can be knocked out from to much boon bouncing; require management; etc.....
